Mail Attachment missing in Mail client, My OS is Monetary

I am sending a mail on my email account and its visible in Microsoft Exchange Desktop App/Web App/Mobile App but only it doesn't appear in Mac Mail App.

The Version of My mail app is Version 15.0 (3693.40.0.1.81)

My Mac OS is macOS Monetary Version 12.1 (21C52)

Its also not visible in my other Mac which has OS as BigSur.
