Printing to Sharp MX-3170 with User Control

So, the user control (pin # to control printing) is a minimum 5 to 8 character numeric code. Previous MacOS version were fine. Monterey, for some unfathomable reason decided to limit the "Pin Code" field to only 4 characters. I've got multiple users on new Macs that can't print to this device now. The client needs to maintain user tracking for bill back to several tenants in a we-work type environment.

Thoughts?

I can connect to my work computer and even send jobs over (or at least the printer acknowledges the comms between my MacBook and it) but the Ventura print management doesn't allow me to input my print accounting code. Booklet priniting option Booklet option is not there in printing interface. I just connected my brother printer to my macbook, i installed the drivers from brother website as system preferences said apple doesn’t have the drivers for same. Everything works, printer is conected but booklet option doesn’t show in the print interface in any application. It comes in adobe reader application but still not printing correcty in bookelt format, How to get it?

PDF print problem I am trying to print my lasting power of attorney in the uk. I have a MacBook running Monterey 12.6.8 and a HP Color Laserjet M281fdw printer. The printer prints the first two pages then stops - there are 22 pages in total! I have downloaded the file produced by www.gov.uk with no luck and I have also tried using Safari and Google Chrome on my MacBook with the same result. I tried AirPrinting using my iPad with Safari and Chrome and the same thing happens. I have printed other long PDF files successfully. Can the pages from 3 to 22 in this document be locked in some way? Any ideas?
