How to enable Camera with Chrome? Chrome not showing as an App in privacy

I am trying to give apps like Chrome access to my microphone and camera but no apps are showing up in the list System Preferences>Security & Privacy> Privacy.

I have MacOs monterey version 12.1

Does anyone know what to do in this case? Appreciate any support!

The system will ask permission to use your camera and microphone. If you allow the system, you will be directed to your System Preferences. The problem is, there's no request from Google

Chrome in the settings.

The same thing happened with Mozilla Firefox, Microsoft Edge, Brave, etc.

I've read several articles. I've tweaked the settings in both Google Chrome and MacBook. I've updated my MacOs & Google Chrome browser to the latest updates but nothing works so far.

My camera and microphone works as I've been using it on Facetime calls.
