Chrome and other app camera permission

I'm in trouble with my new Mac book pro. Just as an example, if I try to have a cal using zoom via browser it doesn't work. Webcam and microphone are enabled on Chrome, but it asks me to enable in the system menu privacy, but as you can see there aren't other applications like chrome in this case to enable and so it doesn't work. How can I add applications manually?

Chrome doesn't have permission to access camera from Mac, but is not listed in "Allow apps below to access your camera" checklist. What do I do? I've been trying to make Mac allow access of camera to Chrome, but it hasn't been working. When I go to System preferences > Security & Privacy > Privacy > Camera, I only have 2 apps listed with checkmarks: Teams and Wechat. Chrome is not there. My Mac is updated up to date Chrome is updated up to date I tried restarting my Mac, didn't work I tried "sudo killall AppleCameraAssistant" and its equivalent, but it didn't work I had the same issue with the microphone, but when I used mictests.com, "Allow Chrome microphone access" popup appeared and let me give permission to Chrome. The same is not happening for the camera and it just says that there are no connected cameras.

For all the apps it says go to system preferences- security and privacy. I cannot see any apps in the camera or microphone tabs and no option to add any. I have tried reinstalling app software, repairing my permissions in utility terminal, repair, installing new Catalina did nothing... apple support said try contacting Microsoft to see if its an app compatibility issue but i know tons of people with macs and these apps... can't use this macbook air for school now very frustrating. Please help

On my Mac Chrome and MS Teams are listed and allowed for Camera and Microphone. I have uses both for video conferencing.

Is Chrome Settings>Security and Privacy Camera and Microphone do you have the circle filled in that say Sites can ask to use your camera/microphone

Yep, in Chrome are both activated, the problem seems to not have any app listed in the system privacy setting.
