if I move an email from the inbox (from another provider) to a mailbox and then remove it from the other provider's server will it still be in the mailbox?

IMAP and Exchange work by syncing your client with the server.
So if
1) You move (not copy) from a mailbox of account A to a mailbox of account B, it will be deleted also from server A;
2) If you then remove from said mailbox of account B, it will then be deleted from server B as well.
