Multiple issues after iOS 15.1.2 update

Did anyone update their phone then their cellular start messing up? After updating my calls are dropping, text not sending, internet won’t load. I put my sims card in my iPhone 11 that’s not updated and it’s working perfectly fine.

My software version finally was able to update after I used another iCloud

but my iPhone 13 pro still is a mess
