I bought an Ipad with Magic Keyboard, Apple Pencil one month ago. And now I want to exchange my Magic Keyboard and Apple Pencil with a new laptop.. So I just wanted to ask that is this possible to do that?

Apple don’t generally accept accessories for trade-in against new devices. You might be best advised to sell the items privately - and use the money against your eventual purchase of your new laptop.
