My iMessage suddenly turned off and won't activate. I use my phone for work and need to get it fixed.

I can't get my iMessage to activate. I use my phone for work and I need it badly.

Check if these can help:

Set date and time to Auto

Go to Settings. Tap General then Date and Time. Make sure it is set to automatic time and date, and automatic time zone.


Reset iMessage

  1. Open Settings app. Tap on Messages. Switch off iMessage.
  2. Turn off your phone and wait 5-10 minutes before turning it on again.
  3. Turn on iMessage again. Go to Settings. Tap Messages and toggle iMessage on.
