monterey 12.2 not updating - anyone else?

unable to access 12.2 Monterey update for my M1 Max MacBook - anyone else?

MacBook Pro (2020 and later)

I still couldn’t get a response. Kept saying 12.1 was latest. So I did a complete shut down, and start. Wa-la… there it was. No reason it shouldn’t have been. First time since I started with Apple I had to restart Before getting the update!

It is a slow download owing to demand on Apple's servers. It is in progress on my 16-inch MBP M1 Pro…2.75 GB download.
