Update! They went to the carrier (T-Mobile) and there was an option on the account that said content blocking. The guy was playing with the settings from the account level and toggled that button. I really hope that is what it was called. And it worked!! Call your Carrier and see what they say. I hope you get it resolved.

Thank you!!! I will call them and ask then to check that. I wonder how that content blocking button even became enabled in the first place. Is that something we could have done some how ourselves by accident?

Honestly I’m not sure we aren’t in charge of the account. So sorry. But after some research on my account since I have T-Mobile. there is a family controls option under profile settings and it’s called web guard they have low, medium and high level. High level seems to be what blocks everything. But there is a note that says “Web Guard

Prevent access to adult web content.

Important note: Web Guard does not filter content

when browsing over Wi-Fi or when accessing content

via any application. Content filtering may not be

compatible with certain products or services, such as

Virtual Private Networks (VPNs); Apple Private Relay

must be toggled off for T-Mobile content filtering to.”

so if used under Wi-Fi this can bypass this block. I’m not sure what provider you have but if you don’t have T-Mobile, look for something similar. It may have been done by accident. So I would check the account setting online or on your provider app first before you call. I really hope this helps.

You probable need a new SIM Card. I had this issue and just needed a new one.

I change my mobile carrier and it work

Our family using Metro and we have 3 lines and only my line wasn’t working so then we all together and switch to T-mobile and it work

Ah. Well, bummer. Tmobile is who we are with now. We've been with them for 10 years. Tmobile was unable to figure out the issue.

Same situation. After trying all the “fixes”, even getting a whole new SIM card, we believe it’s associated with the phone number. Will try getting a whole new number and seeing if that works.

Yes, see my second comment. We have Tmobile as well, and I found that setting as well. Her line was the only one set to High for some reason, so I set it Low and it worked!!
