Honestly I’m not sure we aren’t in charge of the account. So sorry. But after some research on my account since I have T-Mobile. there is a family controls option under profile settings and it’s called web guard they have low, medium and high level. High level seems to be what blocks everything. But there is a note that says “Web Guard
Prevent access to adult web content.
Important note: Web Guard does not filter content
when browsing over Wi-Fi or when accessing content
via any application. Content filtering may not be
compatible with certain products or services, such as
Virtual Private Networks (VPNs); Apple Private Relay
must be toggled off for T-Mobile content filtering to.”
so if used under Wi-Fi this can bypass this block. I’m not sure what provider you have but if you don’t have T-Mobile, look for something similar. It may have been done by accident. So I would check the account setting online or on your provider app first before you call. I really hope this helps.
