Ios kills background apps aggressively

As a power user and someone who came from and android device i have a reallly weird issue with my iPhone 13 pro it closes background apps too aggressively for example as a power user it is really normal for me to start uploading a file to my google drive at background and start a char in WhatsApp but what i get is only google drive app gets closed by ios is there any way or can we ask apple to fix this it is really annoying

ps: background refresh is on, files are under 100mb and it closes every 15sec
