Apple is rejecting edits to a business that I own

Hi,

Apple is not allowing us to edit our own business listing (yes, it is registered under our apple ID). We are temporarily closed from 1/22 to 1/31. I edited our listing on 1/21 to state we are temporarily closed and the edit was displayed as 'in review'.

On 1/24 I came back to the office, checked our listing, and we were still listed as being open. Our edit marked as being 'in review' disappeared with no statement at all from Apple saying why it was rejected. I tried again the same day, and the edit disappeared again with no communication from Apple.

This is completely asinine - I have had to turn two people away at the door on Monday because Apple will not let us represent our own business. Other services like Facebook and Google Maps have not given us any problems when editing our business listing on their sites.

I have tried calling support 3 times, the first two times I was hung up on and the third I had my issue escalated to a 'senior support' rep who said he couldn't do anything.

Is there anything at all that can be done about this?
