Can't sign up/in for SleepCycle to manage subscription

I'm a bit confounded by signing in to apps to manage subscriptions. Unless I have already cancelled a few paid apps already and forgot I did that, I see no "manage subscription" options in iTunes for my purchases.

In the case of SleepCycle, I paid for premium last year and I have never needed to create a password because the app is just available to me on my iPhone. In other words, I never have to log in. Now I'm trying to figure out how I can make sure it doesn't auto renew. However, when I go to account settings, it's asking me for both a password and a password change. I have never created a password. There is no "forgot password" option or to even create one from scratch.

There is no "sign in" option on the SleepCycle website.

Hi allegrojane,

From the details you provided, it seems you have a few things happening, and we'd like to do our best to help with all of them.

Regarding any questions for third-party accounts, like SleepCycle, you'll need to contact them about this. Check out the steps here: How to contact an app developer

For any subscriptions that are ongoing in the App Store, we'd like to provide that show How to cancel a subscription from Apple.

I realized the issue is that I didn't scroll all the way down in my iTunes account to the teeny tiny link "subscriptions" where I could see what was active and what was not and to cancel.

Halfway down the accounts pages in much larger text is Downloads and Purchases and Purchase History and shows your apps, the amount you paid, etc. Since all this info is there, it seems only logical that's where I could cancel if I needed to. Since it was not there, I assumed something was wrong, and not that the actual place to visit was all the way at the bottom.

An unnecessarily frustrating content organization. Why not just put it all in one easy-to-find spot?
