Switching from android motoZ3 to apple iPhone 12. Stuck at 1 min. Verizon is ZERO help.

Welcome to Apple Support Communities. It sounds like you are moving from Android to iOS and are stuck in the process. Right?
Do you get any error messages when this happens? Make sure you're following the guidance in Move from Android to iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch. It might also help to forget any previously connected Wi-Fi networks from your Android. Since a temporary connection will be created between your Android and iPhone, this might help make sure there's no network interference.
