- Has your iPhone been restarted recently?
- Was the TikTok app deleted for sure or just archived?
- Is your iPhone managed by another person or group, like a school or employer?
- Do you use any other Apple devices that share the same Apple ID, and if so, is the app on that other device?
- Is your iPhone updated to the most recent iOS version?
