Connecting two different airpods

I lost one AirPod pro so I bought a replacement. Is it possible to add it to my old pair? I tried connecting it like normal but it shows up as two separate sets of airpods.

I’ve reset the AirPod pros 5 times and charged them up fully together but they just won’t work together. It’s either one or the other that can play music at once.
