Samsung T7 SSD connection problem with iPad Pro (2020)

I just bought an external SSD Samsung T7, I managed to connect it to my iPad Pro and copied some files. When I reconnected it, nothing show up, like it seemed fail the second time. It wasn’t working even after restarting the iPad. Is the ssd bad? Or do I need to reformat it with mac?

Beware of SSD write-caching. iPadOS does not have a “safe” or “Quick Removal” option with which to safely dismount a mounted storage volume.

The only way to safely disconnect an SSD volume from iPadOS is to fully shut-down the iPad prior to disconnecting the SSD - as this is the only way to ensure that any pending “write” operations are completed by the SSD drive before disconnect. Failure to observe this precaution can result in file corruption.
