iPhone Locked to the user [my kid entered wrong passcode too many times i guess]

Hello Sir/Madam, Currently my iPhone is saying "Locked to the user"! is there any way to bring back my device without resetting/restoring from backup as the process is very tedious.

I know my passcode/apple id password everything. But from the locked screen couldn't find a way to restore using my appleID without setting as a new iPhone again.
