Holidays calendar in “Fetch new data” section

When I go to settings>mail>accounts>fetch new data. In the list bellow besides mail and iCloud account I see “UK holidays” thing. I made sure i am not subscribed to any calendars, this thing just don’t go. What is that? Another thing is that I don’t live in UK, never set that region in region settings and all of that. Changing regions, language of iphone and even deleting keyboards and adding them again didn’t force “uk holidays” account to go. I’ve seen pretty much of these discussions, seems like holidays calendar is default thing, but why is it UK in my case?
