Crashing w/ Workout App

In the past 24 hours, my watch has started acting oddly. Crashing during workouts and restarting. This morning I performed the latest software update hoping that would fix it. Nope.

I've installed nothing new besides the software update, about a week ago I did authenticate an integration between myfitnesspal and the apple watch. But the watch worked well for several days.
