Taking screenshot by pinching to get more on the pic

I recently bought an iPhone 11Max and I’m trying to take a screenshot while shrinking the page to get more information on one screenshot. I used to be able to pinch the screen and get more of the scroll of an article shown on the screen. Is this not possible anymore or is there a setting adjustment for that. Thanks.
