2013 MAC PRO running Monterey v12.2
On desktop i have 6 different disk drives showing icons and volume names, 3 of them have large circle showing outside the icon lower left corner. what does this mean?

This looks like a .dmg file for an app with a similar name.
If you installed/downloaded an app outside of the app store, it will be in ".dmg" format which has a drive icon. If you already installed the app or no longer using these ".dmg" files, you can move it to trash.
