Monterey ruined AirPods speaker and video connection, help

Hi

I recently updated OS to Monterey and I regret it. Since I installed it, my airpod speakers won't work in my MacBook Air. I tried everything, I reset them, disconnected, connected again, but it doesn't work. I hear other people speaking during the meetings, but they can't hear me. When I disconnect my AirPods and try to speak with internal mic, this time video gets frozen (on gmeet), both mine and theirs. We all have to turn off and turn on our cameras so that it's back to normal.

It's very annoying to deal with it every single time, also now my AirPods are basically useless.

Please help.

Major Issues:

Anything that appears on this list needs immediate attention.

Unsigned files - There are unsigned software files installed that could be adware and should be reviewed.

Configuration profiles found - This computer may have configuration profiles installed. These are sometimes used by adware and malware.

This looks like adware:

Unsigned Files:

Launchd: /Library/LaunchDaemons/com.jumpcloud.agent-updater.plist

Executable: bin/jumpcloud-agent-updater

Details: Restrictive config permissions - possibly adware

This is most unusual, and seems suspicious to me:

Configuration Profiles:

com.apple.loginwindow - GuestEnabled

I have seen many macs where the guest account is enabled, and that does NOT involve any "configuration profiles".
