Moon icon is showing on my phone when not in focus mode

I just upgraded to an Iphone 13. I have sleep/DND set for 10:00pm to 7:00 am. I don't have work or personal focus settings becuase when I'm working (doing Telehealth) I still need notifications from my business line app. The moon icon is lit on my phone during the day sometimes. I check the settings and they are all correct. Why does it appear I'm in focus mode, when I am not?

It sounds like you're having an issue with Focus or Do Not Disturb on your iPhone. We can understand wanting to look into that further. We want to help.
