Please update the iOS 15 and allow us to use 4G again it is very important and LTE does not work very efficiently in remote areas so it will mean a switching to a android or another type of a phone that we can use service with please

Yea Apple doesn't provide cellular data service at all.
You know who does, the company you pay your cell service to, maybe they can help and please let them know you're going to be switching to an Android or another type of phone.

Att technical dept. reports it is not a change with their service or settings. And that it is with the apple software upgrade and that probably it will be fixed in a later upgrade. That is what their tech department reports.
