Keynote for ipad does not have Allow Remote Control setting

I have attempted to follow the instructions to allow my iphone to control a Keynote presentation on my ipad in this link, https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT204378. However, in step 3, the procedure says to touch the More button, then Allow Remote Control. Attached is a screenshot of my More menu. No Allow Remote Control.

What gives?

Running os 15.4 on both my iphone 13 pro and Ipad Pro 10.5 inch. Latest Keynote verson on both devices
