When adding Disney pass to wallet I get “Please try again……Something went wrong adding a pass

How can I add this pass. Already contacted Disney and they indicate issue is with Apple Wallet. This is being done on a new iPhone12

It looks like you recently reviewed Add a Disney MagicMobile Pass to Apple Wallet on your iPhone which is a great starting point. Did you have a chance to try the steps there?


Do you use Apple Pay for anything else? If not, try setting up Apple Pay with another form of payment as it may not be completely set up. Check out Set up Apple Pay in Wallet on iPhone. Then, try adding your Disney MagicMobile Pass again.
