If you don’t see Cancel, the subscription is already canceled and won't renew.

If you cancel a paid subscription, you can keep using the subscription until the next billing date.
Also, a subscription that is already cancelled will typically have wording in fine print similar to "Expires on [date]" rather than "Renews on [date].”

Thank you for your message, but I still don’t understand. Where would I “not” see the word CANCEL. When I cancelled free trials from 2 other services, I instantly received a confirmation email confirming my cancellation. I think it’s very odd that Apple does not do the same.
