Trying to install boot camp, constantly and randomly restarting after install

Hello all,

I have been trying to resolve this problem for the last 5 hours so I would appreciate any help at all.

I have a MacBook Pro 15 Inch 2017. Software is up to date. I have used boot camp in the past on this same computer with zero issues. I deleted it last year due to not needing it but I am trying to re install it now but I am running into an issue.

I am able to install and boot up windows, however every time I try and download a software the computer screen will freeze, restart, and give me a screen that says it looks like Windows didn’t load correctly.

I am not entirely sure what I am doing wrong or what the problem is. Can anyone help? I have tried removing boot camp and re installing and running into the same issue. Also I have no external devices plugged in. From this screen I can restart my computer and get back into Windows, however my problem is that it keeps restarting whenever I download or open a program.
