No Sounds — Hardware problem?

Hello,

And yes, my phone fell way too many times and suddenly one day something went wrong:

First, i can’t hear a sound from calls, voice mail video calls (either got dropped) on app or even cannot hear the microphone users on games. My phone doesn’t seem detecting my earphones as well

Second, no sounds whenever i’m taking a video on “camera” or other apps.
