I can not get the full resolution on the screen.

Thank you for your help. I finally got the right answer.
It doesn't work full res with HDMI (even with HDMI 2 wire).
But It works with Display Port using a wire USB C to Display Port.

You’d need a usb-c to HDMI cable that supports HDMI 2.0 and HDCP 2.2.this monitor will do up to 2k resolution. Software for it is available here : https://www.eizoglobal.com/support/db/products/software/CG277#tab02… this monitor also supports DisplayPort..

Well, depending on your model , you’ll have either 2 or 4 USB-C ports that support thunderbolt 3+ Displayport plus 1 hdmi output, so hdmi should work, but it must be hdmi 2.0 and support hdcp 2.2

So I can't not use the HDMI port from the mac book pro? But need to use the USB-C?
I did use Display port / thunderbolt on MAc book pro 2016 but thunderbolt is not available on new mac book pro...
