Upgrading from Catalina to Monterey not an option

I'm on a Late 2013 MBP 15" (MacBookPro11,2) which is capable of running Monterey and is currently up-to-date on updates and running Catalina.

I cannot find a way of upgrading to Monterey. The System Preferences app wants to install Big Sur and we all know that is not a possible option.

I need some help and your help is appreciated.

A Late 2013 MBP does not support Monterey. Big Sur 10.16.3 is the latest version supported.
