Why does the NRC app always record less distance, speed, etc. for an indoor run than the treadmill app? I know the treadmill is more accurate. What can I do to correct?

Hey there RES75,

Thanks for reaching out to the Apple Support Communities. We understand you're having issues with the Nike Run Club app not showing accurate run results, and we'd be happy to get you pointed in the right direction.

To get started, have you gone through all the troubleshooting steps listed in the 'Related Article' that was shared on this thread? If so, give the steps listed in this additional resource a try that may be able to help troubleshoot the issue further: Get the most accurate measurements using your Apple Watch - Apple Support

If still having issues after the resource above, do you experience issues with inaccurate results if you start an Indoor Run workout from the Workout app on your Apple Watch?

If not, then we would recommend reaching out to the app developers who may be able to provide some additional troubleshooting or information. For help with reaching out to Nike's support for the NRC app, check out this link here: Get Help - Nike

Take care!
