Apple Wallet verification Code going to wrong email account

I received an online ticket to a concert via email. I tried to put it in Apple wallet but the message with the verification code was sent to an email account that is no longer activated. How do I get the message with the verification code sent to my new email account?

It sounds like you have a concern with adding a pass to Wallet.
