ICC Profiles missing from ColorSync Utility

I have installed new ICC profiles in on my system :Library/ColorSync/Profiles but when I try to use them in Adobe Lightroom or printing I cannot find them. When I open the ColorSync Utility the new profile is not there. I've tried rebooting the machine and everything else I can think of. Any suggestions on how to get the new profile to show up?

Yes, I understand they are two different Library folders. ALL my profiles are in the System Library as they should be, it was an issue with new profiles added not loading properly. After more research, it was an issue with iOS Big Sur and the ColorSync Utility. I upgraded to iOS Monterey last night and all is working as it should now.
