Apple Wallet Money disappeared

I updated my iphone to iphone 13 mini, transferred everything normally, and then updated to the latest iOS, and my Apple Wallet money disappeared. In fact Apple Pay disappeared, along with all my transaction history. I tried turning the phone off and on again, didn't work. I tried signing out and signing back into iCloud again, didn't work. I can see the Apple Pay balance on my ancient iPad, but not on my new one, and not on my phone. My Wallet app is blank except for my Starbucks card. What happened to my money and my transaction history and how do I get it back?

Fixed: I just re-set up Apple Cash like on a new phone and it all appeared again including transaction history. But now it's missing from my latest iPad, so I'll redo it there too. The wallet disappearances on both happened after the 15.2 iOS update.
