Buzzing voice

Hello,

i just bought iPhone 13 Pro max and AirPods Pro since December last year


i have problem specially when i have call through FaceTime Or WhatsApp with the AirPods Pro hearing cracking static in my AirPods when i use FaceTime and WhatsApp, i even tested my AirPods Pro with my MacBook Pro still the problem same


also with my iPhone 13 pro Max have the same problem but if i use Speaker with loud volume i hear buzzing voice if someone speak louder i got this buzzing voice is really drive me crazy

i bring my AirPods Pro to Apple authorized reseller and they replaced to new one but the problem still same with different way!!


i am really confuse about this is it hardware problem or Firmware and also the iPhone i dont know is it from Software or Hardware my iPhone never fall down in the floor or in the water or whatever


does anyone have the same problem with me?

It sounds like you may have already had your AirPods replaced, perhaps for this program: AirPods Pro Service Program for Sound Issues. With the issue still occurring, its recommended to follow the steps in the below articles:


If you hear no sound or distorted sound from your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch speaker. This is a good article to help with your iPhone speaker issues.


Resolve Wi-Fi and Bluetooth issues caused by wireless interference. This article is especially important since the issue still happens with your AirPods Pro even after being replaced once, as we want to rule out interference as the cause now.


If the issue remains, you should consider having your iPhone and AirPods Pro inspected and evaluated in person at your local Apple Store Store List - Apple Store - Apple, or Apple Authorized Service Provider Apple - Find Locations - Location Selector. Or, reach out to discuss options here: Contact - Official Apple Support.
