How to fix iPhone snow/water damage?

my phone was in a case and in the snow for 3 days. I have it in rice now, how long?

The rice thing is a myth, it doesn’t do anything but waste rice. It’s also possible that fragments of rice will get into the charging port and cause problems.

Your best bet is leave it sit, powered off in a place that is room temperature with airflow around the device.

Leave it sit for several days.
