Photosmart Premium C309a series All-In-One driver issue on macOS Catalina version 10.15.7
I have macOS Catalina version 10.15.7 on MacBook Pro (Retina, 15-inch, Mid 2015). My printer Photosmart Premium C309a series All-In-One is no longer recognize by the operating system . I reset the printer. Remove and add the printer. The mac is no longer recognize the Scanner capability in this printer. I am not able to use the scanner. I even followed the suggested instruction to download and use HP Easy Scan app. Unfortunately, the app is not capable to search and detect my printer/scanner.
