i have to different apple ids attached to two different things

hi i have my personal apple id on my phone for all my i cloud and important stuff but in regards to my app store and i tunes and subscriptions i guess i have my mom attached and was wondering if i can unattached my mom and sign in with mine without messing anything up such as all my downloaded apps and music.
