Apple Care saying 28.1% of laptop damaged and run protection immediately?

I'm here out of desperation for my sister who is disabled. Something popped up on her MacBookPro (I think 2015 or so) saying it was damaged with 3 virus and was damaged and to click 'run' to fix it immediately.

I don't know her virus protection or whether she still has apple care on that laptop nor does she. I'm having her look at 'about this mac' and 'service'

She told me the message is from ideal-secured.com. What is this?? It sounds like a scam!
