iPhone 13 iOS 15, WhatsApp not sending notification

Since update iOS 15 I’m not getting any notifications from WhatsApp, I need to be inside the app to get the messages or I get notification outside the app if it’s like 15 sec from when I exit.

even when I open web app, the web app works when I’m inside the app with my iPhone, after I close the app in my iPhone, the web app tell me that there is no connection.

I see WhatsApp on notification setting, everything is on

i tried every solution that people advised

me, I reinstall WhatsApp, I downgrade my iPhone from ios 15.3 to 15.21, I reset my iPhone and all settings. But still no notification…

I have no idea what to do, please help me with another solution….

any iPhone users suffering from the same problem as me?

If this is solely isolated to WhatsApp, and you've made sure notifications are set up properly as described in Change notification settings on iPhone then you will need to reach out to WhatsApp directly to look into this with you further.

Hi, I have the exact same problem.

It seems the apps don’t have background data.

I have it with multiple apps (also Outlook for iOS).
