unable to connect to carplay

I cannot connect to Carplay on my 2017 Honda Civic from yesterday all of a sudden. I have tried all the ways to troubleshoot this. I even tried this on my partner's car (2018 Civic), but with no luck. Please help.

Troubleshooting CarPlay and iPhone:


What to Try:

A. Pair in Park:

Try unpairing the phone. Then, pair it back. Perform this while in while in park.


B. View the Owner's Manual:

See what the Owner's Manual of your car says when you read it.

Perhaps the Developer has yet to do their part in compatibility with the latest update. You'd find their contact information in the app's site of the App Store.
