Popping / clicking noise MacBook Pro 16" 2019

Hello everyone. Recently I've been experiencing weird popping/clicking noise from the top, left side of my Mac. I didn't notice it happening before. I work daily on my Mac (7-9h daily) and the noise is very annoying. I’ve noticed that the noise of popping/clicking appears when the second graphic card turns on (AMD Radeon Pro 5300M 4 GB) and the fan starts working so I can hear it. The noise appears also immediately after the start of Mac (Mac gets warmer as well). Every time I turn on a game I hear single pop/click. Is that normal? Mac is only 6 months old. Thanks for all the answers.

I have installed Windows 11 as well, and the noise appears there as well, even more!

(MacBook Pro (16-inch, 2019), 2.6 GHz 6-Core Intel Core i7, 16 GB 2667 MHz DDR4)

MacBook Pro 16″, macOS 12.2
