Hi, for a while now I try to delete apps to install other kinds of applications, or to update current ones! but I am sick of it, that's why I want to try cleaning from my system data, I normally have 245.11GB storage in my mac, but only the system data covers all of the 164 GB! That's insanely huge, I dig a little and find that in "Users/username/" the hidden Library folder keeps 127GB of storage, so what can I delete from here, or at least archive? I don't want my MacBook to get damaged but I also don't want unnecessary files to be on my computer! Please help these are all the folders in my Library folder:

Thanks.
There have been some complaints about "One Drive" taking up an enormous amount of Disk Space...(?)
if this is you too, see
for example:
Users/currentuser/Library/Group Containers/U̶B̶F̶8̶T̶3̶4̶6̶G̶9̶.OneDriveStandaloneSuite/OneDrive.noindex/OneDrive/Documents Sync
From Finder>Go>Go To Folder, copyy and paste:
~/Library/Group Containers
From the Terminal.app by File size— list the items in the home folder with the sizes, including invisible items, copy & paste:
sudo du -h -d 1 ~/
