I have an apple id but the apps won't let me use it. what do I do?

The apps won't let me my new apple id. What do I do?

It seems Apple requires a valid payment method in your Apple ID account,

for the first time you use the App Store, or iTunes, even if you only download free apps.


See what payment methods you can use in your country or region:

Change, Add or Remove Apple ID Payment methods

https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT201266


After you have used the App Store or iTunes for the first time,

you can remove the payment method if you wish:
