"Could not be moved to the mailbox" message in Gmail

When trying to send an EMAIL or customer trying to send me an email on r**** @gmail.com so I have had to send them another email


The message "could not be moved to the mailbox "Google" The IMAP command "APPEND" (to Gmail/Draft) failed with the server error. Over quota (Failed)

Are you using the native Mail app or the Gmail app?

Also, do you have a different Apple device that has the same Gmail account? If yes, are you experiencing a similar issue with your other device?
