Hi I don't have MAC or a PC so what am I supposed to do with my sister's phone, I also don't know her Apple ID right now it says iPhone disabled connect to Itunes but my computer isn't compatible with it so what can I do?

Ask a friend if you can use their computer or take it to an Apple store and use one of their computers.
