I have ordered the new 9th generation iPad but cannot get it until the very end of March! I am out of iCloud storage and have deleted all possible content. I already pay $.99 per month for an extra 50 GB. Can I pay another $.99 for another 50GB?

I have ordered the new 9th generation iPad but it will not be shipped until the end of March (not my fault!). I am now almost out of iCloud storage on my current iPad. Will I get additional iCloud storage when I finally receive my new iPad with 256GB? Or will I always be charged the extra $.99 every month?

I don’t believe that you can get another 50gb on top of the 50gb that you are already paying for. If you need more now, you need to upgrade to the 200gb plan for only $2.99 a month.

To answer the second part of your question, you won’t receive additional storage with your new iPad and you will be charged $0.99 a month unless you cancel your iCloud storage subscription (see here for cancelling iCloud plan: https://support.apple.com/en-us/HT207594)
