It’s says I joined a family but I can’t make a playlist then it says I have to pay for Apple Music
I can join the family but when I try to create a playlists it’s telling me that I need to pay

Is the subscription to Apple Music an individual subscription held by one of the family group members, or is it a family subscription? The latter is required for sharing in a family group.
